Kelly Services in Sparks, NV is hiring a Reach Truck Operator to pull materials with a reach truck, manage inventory, and support shipping and receiving. You’ll use a Chromebook for scans and follow 5S practices.

The role offers a first-shift schedule (6:00am–2:30pm), a temp-to-hire path, and a structured onboarding with a shadow program to help you acclimate and grow within a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a reach truck (minimum 6+ months).
• Must have strong computer skills and be comfortable using a Chromebook.
• Commitment to high-quality work and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Reach Truck Operation
• Shipping and Receiving
• Processing returns
• Inventory Control and Management
• Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders
• Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units
• Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product
• Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections, making operator repairs
