Qualifications

• Completion of high school or a GED is preferred.
• Demonstrated history of operating reach trucks or comparable warehouse machinery.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and strict adherence to all safety guidelines.
• Capable of performing physical labor and lifting heavy items as necessary.
• Foster a collaborative atmosphere through clear communication and teamwork.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems to track inventory.
• Possession of a forklift certification is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver reach trucks to transport, position, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of freight from shipping containers and transport vehicles.
• Perform routine equipment checks to verify that the reach truck remains in safe, working order.
• Ensure order accuracy by picking and staging products for outgoing shipments.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the warehouse tidy and orderly.
• Work alongside colleagues to improve overall warehouse productivity and workflow.
• Record inventory changes and notify management of any stock inconsistencies.
