AdeptHR is hiring a Reach Truck Operator in Pooler, GA to join our warehouse team. This on-site role focuses on safe reach truck operation and supporting accurate inventory management across the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of reach truck experience.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Basic computer skills and RF scanner experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a reach truck to move, stage, and store product.
• Accurately pick and replenish inventory in racking systems.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as assigned.
• Assist with inventory audits and discrepancy investigations.
• Ensure proper product rotation and location accuracy.
• Utilize RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
