Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Brookfield, Wisconsin, is seeking an Equipment Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM). The role focuses on moving product through the warehouse, operating a reach truck, and ensuring accurate paperwork for shipments.

You will stack pallets, locate received product, assist in overstock and shipping areas, and contribute to a clean, organized workspace. The position offers health benefits, 401(k), education assistance and on-site wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to four years of high school.
• Experience operating reach trucks and pallet handling preferred.
• Ability to work in a production/warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Drives reach truck to assigned location to pull product.
• Delivers product to designated area in overstock, to be replenished or shipped.
• Stacks and moves empty pallets and wire baskets to correct destination.
• Locates all received product to a forward picking bin or designated overstock location.
• Ensures all carries receive the correct paperwork.
• Operates wrap machine to secure pallets prior to shipment.
• Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of area.
