Express Employment Professionals in Shepherdsville, KY, is seeking Reach Truck Picker Operators for a warehouse. All shifts are available. You will operate a reach truck, pick orders, stage merchandise for shipping, perform pre- and post-shift inspections, use RF scanners, and assist with inventory counts to maintain accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truckto move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in a safe, efficient manner

• Pick ordersby selecting the correct items and quantities, then stage them for shipping

• Put away inbound goodsinto designated high-bay storage locations, maximizing space utilization

• Use RF scannersto record product movements and transactions in the Warehouse Management System

• Perform pre- and post-shift inspectionsof the reach truck and report defects or malfunctions immediately

• Load/unload palletized freightfrom trailers or containers, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure loading

• Participate in inventory counts/auditsand cycle counts to maintain accuracy

• Replenish picking locationsfrom bulk storage to ensure consistent product availability

• Maintain a safe, organized workspaceby keeping aisles and staging areas clear
