Job summary

Staffmark Group in Mt Juliet, TN is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to move palletized goods, load and unload shipments, and carefully place items in the correct warehouse locations to keep inventory accurate.

Operate reach trucks on 1st shift (Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM), 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM), or 3rd shift (Sun–Thu 11:00 PM–7:30 AM), following safety procedures and quality standards during daily cycles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training beneficial.
• Must have at least 1 year experience on Reach Truck.
• Must have operated Reach Truck in the last year.
• Must be able to pass onsite Reach Truck Driving Test.
• Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.

Reach Truck Operator

Location: Mt Juliet, TN

Pay Rate: $19.75 - $21.75 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift: Mon-Fri | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM 3rd Shift: Sun-Thu | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Education Requirements

• Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.
