Staffmark in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to safely operate reach trucks, lift inventory to racks, and support daily warehouse operations.

This role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30pm–4:30pm, with $20.00 per hour pay. Prior reach truck experience and a strong work ethic are preferred for maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced facility.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.

As a Reach Truck Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.
