RJW Logistics Group is hiring for a forklift operator to safely operate reach trucks and walkie riders, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse order. The role requires 3–6 months of forklift experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months of forklift driving experience in a warehouse using reach truck/stand-up forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks.
• Good stable work record.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently following OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Load/unload RJW truck/trailers and outside carriers.
• Pick customer orders and load on trailers using forklift from warehouse operations sheets.
• Maintain orderly stacking and housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Report accidents or incidents immediately and ensure proper documentation.
