Job summary

Staffmark Group in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Reach Operator to safely operate a Reach Truck and related equipment, moving inventory and supporting order fulfillment. The role requires OSHA safety adherence and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing and walking throughout shifts.

Qualified candidates should have 1 year of reach truck experience, the ability to obtain certification, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent Reach Truck Raymond and Hyster brand or forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience on dock equipment Raymond stand-up (within the last year).
• Ability to obtain Reach Truck certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Reach Truck and other powered industrial equipment to load, unload, move, and store materials.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any safety concerns or maintenance needs.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Accurately scan, handle, and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory movement, staging, palletizing, and order preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and quality goals.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM
