Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a warehouse associate to retrieve unavailable products during selection and accurately place items on the shorted selection pallet or trailer. You will operate a reach forklift during replenishment, moving stock from high-level reserve slots to lower pick slots.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience and forklift/pallet jack certification. Strong computer skills (Word/Excel) and safe work habits are essential in this deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Sysco experience or similar high-volume distribution environment preferred.
• Minimum 6 months reach forklift experience required; pallet jack and forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, selecting and loading product not available during selection.
• Documenting inventory control issues (replenishment forces, slotting)
• Attend safety meetings and perform pre/post inspection of MHE and PPE; maintain work area cleanliness.
