Job summary

Kenco Logistics Services, LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator in Indiana to safely and efficiently operate Powered Industrial Equipment for loading, unloading, and stacking products for shipping and receiving. The role requires practical forklift experience, a license or ability to obtain one, and basic computer skills.

This on-site position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork. The facility relies on accurate inventory handling and adherence to procedures, including cycle counts and QA

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass background and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution.
• Load, unload and store products and materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Scan products and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and use inventory management systems.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Perform daily safety inspections and maintain an inspection-ready facility.
• Report incidents to supervisor.
