Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring a Forklift Reach Operator for our Bloomfield, CT location. You will safely operate a Reach forklift to pick, put away, and move products in high-rack warehouse areas, while maintaining a clean, organized work area and adhering to safety rules.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. The role is full-time with overtime potential, and pays starting at $18.50 per hour, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be certified and able to operate Reach forklift.
• Ability to work independently and safely in a distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Replenish active pick sites and perform hand stacking and stretch wrap.
• Conduct daily aisle and equipment inspections.
• Maintain clear bay space and organize pallets.
• Report faulty equipment or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and demonstrate responsibility.
