Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of related financial management experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Hands-on with DoD/Army financial systems (GFEBS, EMPOWER/FIRE, PIEE/WAWF).
• Ability to examine budget estimates for accuracy and conformance with regs and objectives.
• Proficiency in budget tracking, cost/variance analysis, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, analysis, and formation of multi-year budget; maintain fiscal-year planning in FIRE/EMPOWER.
• Perform daily accounting functions in GFEBS and LMP; generate reports using BusinessObjects.
• Review funding docs in PIEE subsystems; track unliquidated obligations and reconcile DAR-Q.
• Process incoming customer funds via GFEBS sales orders and G-Invoicing; ensure funding docs are attached.
• Support DTS processing and manpower cost tracking against OSD/DA goals.
