Codman Square Health Center in Dorchester, MA is seeking a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy across lifespan via telemedicine and in-person visits. The RDN will develop, implement, and evaluate nutrition programs and education materials, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dietetics or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• RDN credential and MA licensure.
• Experience in outpatient nutrition counseling.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plus.
• Experience with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally relevant medical nutrition therapy and counseling.
• Deliver counseling in-person, via telehealth, and with group visits.
• Document visits using the Nutrition Care Process to set goals.
• Collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Act as a preceptor to students and dietetic interns.
• Develop nutrition programming and community outreach.
