Job summary

Forefront is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to lead all clinical nutrition services within assigned communities, ensuring residents, patients, and clients receive safe and high-quality meal programs aligned with medical and wellness standards.

You will partner with Culinary, Nursing, Operations, and Leadership teams to support clinical excellence and resident satisfaction across three locations (Hyattsville, DC, Baltimore) for a total of 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead all clinical nutrition services within assigned communities to ensure safe, nutritionally appropriate meal programs.
• Conduct nutrition assessments, develop and monitor care plans for residents/patients.
• Ensure therapeutic diets are implemented accurately and consistently.
• Provide nutrition counseling to residents, families, and care teams as appropriate.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings and clinical rounds.
• Monitor nutrition-related indicators such as weight, intake, labs, and hydration.
