Aland Family Dentistry in Reno, NV is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a full-time position with uncapped production bonuses and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Base pay is $45.00–$50.00 per hour, plus a dedicated assistant to handle room turnover, sterilization, and charting so you can maximize patient care and your bonus potential.

We cover Nevada RDH license renewal fees on your first renewal and offer a supportive, team-focused environment with ongoing CE and licensure support.

• Active Nevada RDH license in good standing (or in process).
• Experience with modern dental practice management software and digital charting (Open Dental a major plus).
• Commitment to gentle, comprehensive preventative and periodontal therapies for patients of all ages.

Responsabilidades

• Perform high-quality exams, cleanings, SRP, digital charting, and oral cancer screenings.
• Educate patients and address anxieties to support preventative care.
• Collaborate with doctors to co-diagnose, review X-rays, and develop treatment plans.
• Utilize assisted hygiene model to maintain efficient, comfortable patient flow.

Job Type: Full-Time

What We're Looking For

• Licensure: Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing (or currently in the active process of obtaining NV licensure).
• Technical Skills: Experience with modern dental practice management software and digital charting (experience with Open Dental and digital radiography is a major plus).
• Patient Care: A deep commitment to providing gentle, compassionate, and comprehensive preventative and periodontal therapies (SRP) for patients of all ages.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a warm bedside manner, sharp attention to detail, and a collaborative "team-first" mentality.

What You'll Do

• Elite Periodontal Therapy: Perform high-quality clinical exams, preventative cleanings, scaling, root planing (SRP), digital charting, and oral cancer screenings.
• Patient Advocacy & Education: Clear up anxieties, help patients understand the why behind their oral health, and engage them in their preventative care.
• Clinical Collaboration: Partner closely with our doctors to co-diagnose, review digital X-rays, audit periodontal health, and build conservative treatment plans.
• Team Synergy: Utilize our assisted hygiene model to maintain an efficient, comforting flow, keeping the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable for everyone.
