Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygiene License in Arizona est. required.
• Local Anesthesia Certification (if applicable by state).
• Current CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Strong communication and patient education skills essential.
• Commitment to quality patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance.
• Conduct periodontal charting and assessments.
• Take diagnostic radiographs.
• Provide patient education and oral hygiene instruction.
• Identify and communicate restorative and periodontal treatment needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with dentists, dental assistants, and front office staff.
• Support comprehensive patient care and promote long‑term oral health.
