West Coast Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist in California to join a growing, multi-location practice. You’ll provide preventive care and patient education across a diverse patient base using advanced digital systems.

We offer flexible scheduling (Monday–Saturday may be required), competitive hourly pay with production-based bonuses, and strong back-office support to help you deliver high-quality care while advancing your clinical skills.

Formación

• Active state dental hygiene license (accredited program required).
• Strong clinical skills with commitment to continued learning.

• Availability for full-time or part-time scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide preventive dental hygiene care and patient education.
• Build trust with patients through clear communication and clinical guidance.
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical teams for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and insurance options (PPO, HMO, etc.).
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure clinical compliance standards.
• Support a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
