Qualifications

• possess a current RDH license.
• Understand and work with patients in all situations.
• Evaluate periodontal conditions to ensure a complete diagnosis and proper treatment plan.
• Perform oral cancer exam.
• Provide patient education.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and cleanings with aseptic techniques.
• Commit to ongoing professional development.
• Prioritize patient rapport and customer service.
• Be willing to see what needs to be done and do it.
• Work cooperatively with doctor and team.
• Maintain a positive, warm, professional image.
