The Dentist in Central City is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to see patients four days per week. Days are flexible and can be discussed; teamwork and responsibility are expected.

Duties include dental cleanings, exams, patient education, charting with HIPAA compliance, and helping develop treatment plans. We use Curve practice management software with voice-activated charting.

Compensation ranges from $4,500 to $6,000 per month plus benefits such as 401(k) matching and PTO.

Hey! I think that if you're a registered dental hygienist and you're looking at this post, it's safe to say that you have a pretty good idea of what the job will entail. You're smart and educated. We are looking for a full time hygienist to see patients 4 days per week. Days of the week are flexible and can be discussed. We expect you to work well in a team environment and be responsible for yourself, your care, and your attitude. This office delivers a top-notch patient experience in an enthusiastic and fun environment. To answer a FAQ... You will get 60 minutes for an adult prophy, 4o minutes for a child, and 70 for a perio maintenance. We are not a high volume office. We are a make people feel good office.

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages, including pediatric dentistry.
• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate oral health and identify potential issues.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans, while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• It's important that you're willing to learn our policies and procedures and implement them in your appointments. Consistency between our hygienists is important for the patient experience.
• All the normal hygienist things... probing, charting (we use voice activated charting!), new patients, kids, SRP, polishing, diagnosis of perio, evals, being nice to people, etc. =)

Experience

The successful candidate will possess:

• A valid Dental Hygiene license in the state of practice.
