Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC in Auburn, NY is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a full-time, on-site position in a Federally Qualified Health Center. The role features a 4-day workweek (Mon-Thur), 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, with a 45-minute hygiene appointment cadence and Fridays-Sundays off.

You will perform prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, fluoride, and sealants, while ensuring infection control and accurate documentation using Dentrix/Medent. Collaboration with dentists and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Active NY RDH license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required; Infection Control certification preferred.
• 1+ year experience with Dentrix or MEDENT preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, fluoride applications, and sealants.
• Conduct oral screenings, periodontal probing, and intraoral assessments; document findings with X-rays.
• Educate patients on hygiene, post-treatment care, and nutrition.
• Efficiently manage a structured 45-minute appointment load with punctual care delivery.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control per OSHA, CDC, HIPAA.
• Collaborate with staff dentists, dental assistants, and admin using Dentrix/Medent.
