Job summary

Mynt Dental in the United States is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a forward-thinking, state-of-the-art practice. We use fully digital workflows with iTero scanners, CBCT, lasers, and Invisalign- and 3M-level materials, supported by Dentrix Ascend for cloud-based management.

You will work in a team-first environment with mentorship and opportunities to learn new techniques and technologies, while delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program with RDH degree.
• Ability to administer local anesthesia.
• Active RDH licensure in the state.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and co-diagnose with the doctor during hygiene exams.
• Engage in the delivery of direct patient care, and periodontal services within your licensed scope.
• Strive to deliver a 5-star patient experience, setting a high standard in patient care.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, emphasizing the importance of oral health.
• Skilled in capturing dental radiographs, and intra-oral scans.
• Maintain comprehensive treatment records, including periodontal charting, and your clinical notes.
• Adhere strictly to infection control standards, including the sterilization of instruments, equipment, and treatment areas.
