Job summary

American Tire Distributors is hiring a RDC-Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and inventory control. Pay rate is $21.00/hour, with a Monday–Friday shift and some Saturdays; start time is 6:00 PM, with overtime possible.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, organizing stock, and maintaining a safe, efficient RDC. The role requires handling up to 150 pounds with equipment, attention to detail, and teamwork to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

High School or GED degree.
0-1 year of related experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

Arrange RDC stock by product line and space, assist training of new associates.
Assist with administrative tasks and paperwork as needed.
Load and unload trailers/containers weighing up to 150 pounds with equipment.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the loading dock and surrounding area.
Prioritize and pick materials to fill orders and stage products for outbound loading.
Report inventory shortages and damaged products; assist with counts.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
Verify incoming/outgoing products for accuracy in quantity, size and type.
