Lennox, a global HVAC and refrigeration leader, is seeking an inventory associate to record and maintain control of all inventory items purchased and produced. You will compile records from ordering, shipping, and receiving, update systems, and assess stock levels to ensure timely replenishment.

The role emphasizes accurate record keeping, following procedures, and adhering to internal controls, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

What We Are Looking For

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 2 years related experience.

Must be able to follow procedures. Requires accurate and efficient record keeping and verification of inventory changes. Knows inventory processes and procedures.

What We Offer

Compensation

This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $23.36 – $28.55/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 10 days paid time off, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
