Southern Dental, supported by Smile Brands, seeks a motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Stafford, TX. You will support doctors chairside, prepare rooms, take X-rays, and help ensure smooth patient flow in a collaborative team. Travel between offices may be required as needed. Salary is hourly at $18.00–$21.00.

Qualifications

• TX RDA license is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.

• Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency.
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience.
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams.
• Travel between supported office locations as needed.
