Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant to support dentists with comprehensive chairside care in a nonprofit health system. You will prepare patients, take dental radiographs, ensure infection control, and maintain patient records.

Under supervision of the Dentist and RDA Manager, you will manage materials, sterilization, and operatory setup while supporting compassionate care for a vulnerable population in a community clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant License from the Dental Board of California.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• On the job training or Certification in Dental Assisting.

Responsibilities

• Assists the dentist in providing dental treatment and chairside support.
• Takes and develops radiographs using digital technology.
• Ensures infection control and maintains patient records.
• Prepares operatory and patient for treatment; monitors patient flow in clinic.
• Performs sterilization duties and manages supplies and instruments.
