Sika is seeking a detail‑oriented scientist to join the high‑performing R&D team developing polyurethane adhesive technologies for automotive OEMs. You will support formulation development, testing, and laboratory operations within the Automotive Division.
The ideal candidate has an Associate Degree in a related field and 5–7 years of industrial lab experience, with strong documentation skills and proficiency in MS Office.

This position offers the opportunity to join a high-performing R&D team supporting the development of advanced polyurethane adhesive technologies for leading automotive OEMs customers. The Polyurethane High Viscosity Department develops and supplies innovative adhesive solutions for some of the world's most recognized automotive manufacturers.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting product development, testing, and laboratory operations within the Automotive Division. Responsibilities include preparing formulations, conducting laboratory testing, maintaining equipment and inventory, documenting results, and collaborating with scientists and engineers on multiple development projects.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. Accurate documentation, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and quality are essential for success.
