Job summary

HEITMEYER CONSULTING INC is seeking an experienced RCSA Consultant to support its Heightened Standards program focused on control testing and risk management. This role acts as a 1.5 Line of Defense liaison between Commercial, Community, and Shared Services teams to help business partners navigate the RCSA process and meet program deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes in banking/financial services.
• Experience building or testing controls under Heightened Standards or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with Archer GRC or similar risk management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple lines of business.
