What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer inbound customer service calls and make outbound follow‑up calls in a professional manner
- Assist callers with questions, concerns, or problems, focusing on first call resolution
- Facilitate resolutions by referring matters to issue/content experts or escalating to supervisors as needed
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while managing customer interactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High school education or equivalent
- 1‑2 years of prior experience in an inbound call center and/or customer service environment
- Knowledge of hospital patient account billing and third‑party reimbursements is a plus
- Exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under stress and manage conflicting demands

- Experience in a healthcare‑related customer service role
- Familiarity with reimbursement aspects of managed healthcare contracts
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex information
