Job summary

The Employee Connect in Seattle, WA is seeking a Cardiovascular Tech RCIS/RCES to join a high-volume cath lab and EP lab team. You will provide hands-on support for invasive procedures, operate hemodynamic monitors and fluoroscopy, and maintain sterile trays and equipment for each case.

Requirements include current RCIS or RCES, at least 2 years in a cardiovascular lab, and authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Current RCIS or RCES certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of cardiovascular laboratory experience in a hospital or high-volume procedural setting.
• Proficiency with hemodynamic monitoring, fluoroscopy, and cath lab equipment.
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology relevant to invasive cardiovascular procedures.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for invasive cardiovascular procedures including diagnostic cath, PCI, and EP studies.
• Set up and operate specialized cardiovascular equipment including hemodynamic monitors, contrast injectors, and fluoroscopy systems
• Prepare and maintain sterile procedural trays and equipment for each case
• Monitor and document hemodynamic data throughout procedures and communicate changes to the clinical team
• Assist physicians during complex interventional and electrophysiology cases as directed
• Maintain accurate procedure logs, patient records, and inventory documentation
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and inspected in compliance with safety and infection control protocols
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by department staffing needs
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced cardiovascular techs and students
• Stay current with advances in cardiovascular technology, protocols, and best practices through continuing education
