Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX, seeks a Systems Engineer to support RC-135 mission systems within a DoD SkillBridge program. The role focuses on requirements, design, development, test, and integration of complex hardware/software systems installed on ground and airborne platforms.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) with 4+ years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with 2+ years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with minimum 4 years of related experience; graduate degree with 2 years required; in lieu of a degree, 8 years of related experience.
• Top Secret (TS/SCI) security clearance required on day one.

Responsibilities

• Understand RC-135 mission systems and their employment on the aircraft.
• Support requirements, design, development, test, and integration of complex hardware/software systems.
• Measure and communicate mission system performance criteria.
• Identify end-user needs related to mission systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
