Job summary

North Carolina Behavior is looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior in homes or community settings.

We offer same-day pay, paid training, flexible part-time positions, and opportunities to advance through BCBA schooling programs. There is no minimum case requirement, and referral bonuses are available to support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
