Job summary

BK Behavior in Missouri is seeking a dedicated part-time RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings. Training and support will help eligible candidates earn their RBT certification before providing services, with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive clinical team.

Applicants should be prepared to commit at least six months and work with families to promote independence and positive behavior using evidence-based ABA techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion essential for challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification; training supported by BK Behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
