Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time in-home and community-based sessions. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and work 1:1 with children, using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Qualified candidates have an active RBT certification, experience in ABA or related fields, and a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred). Transportation and willingness to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
