Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a devoted Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy. This role includes implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families to ensure client success.

The ideal candidate must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, possess a high school diploma, and preferably have some experience in ABA therapy. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $24-$30 per hour, alongside a range of benefits including bonus

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
