Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician in Minnesota for predictable Monday–Friday daytime hours with optional Saturdays. Start immediately with opportunities for growth and advancement within our clinic network.

You will work one-on-one with children using play-based ABA therapy, following individualized plans, collecting session data, and supporting kids from 18 months to 8 years old. RBT certification can be earned during training, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist young children in therapy.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
