Job summary

Hidden Talents ABA provides individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy to kids with autism and seeks certified RBTs. You’ll work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, running ABA programs under BCBA supervision and growing in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities include running sessions, targeting communication, social, and daily living skills, keeping precise data, and collaborating with families and BCBAs. Flexible schedules and biannual raises accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• At least 6 months of ABA experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings.
• Target communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Keep accurate session data and documentation.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and manage challenging behaviors as they arise.
• Work closely with BCBAs and families.
