Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Ohio to deliver in-home ABA services, supporting children with Autism. You will work as part of a compassionate clinical team, implementing skill-building plans and collecting progress data.

All positions start part-time with paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Same Day Pay is available to clocked-in staff, and you will collaborate with families to promote independence and positive
