Job summary

Stafford Early Autism Services in Virginia is seeking an energetic RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting under BCBA supervision. The role offers stable hours, a predictable schedule, and opportunities to grow.

You will collect data, follow individualized plans, participate in trainings, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team. A current RBT credential is preferred; training is available for qualified candidates; background check and CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but willing to train
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities preferred
• Must pass background check and maintain CPR/First Aid certification

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate data and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in training, team meetings, and collaboration with clinical staff
• Maintain professionalism and follow ethical, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
