Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Topeka, Kansas. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaborative work with families, and maintaining a positive, safe therapy environment. Spanish fluency is required, and certification or willingness to obtain RBT certification is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Must speak fluent Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour

• Part-Time and Full-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Topeka, Kansas

Skills and Qualifications:
