Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC in Hutchinson, Kansas is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. The role provides 1:1 therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic and supports implementation of BCBA-designed treatment plans.

You will collect progress data, collaborate with families and colleagues, and maintain a safe, engaging environment for children during sessions. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules available.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience or working with children is a plus.
• Must pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Hutchinson, Kansas

Skills and Qualifications:
