Job summary

Aluma Care in Emporia, Kansas is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect progress data and collaborate with families to support client outcomes.

Flexibility in shifts and both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with competitive pay and benefits including certification assistance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour

• Part-Time and Full-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Emporia, Kansas

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

• Ability to pass background check.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
