Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Wanaque, New Jersey. We are a dedicated ABA provider focused on transforming lives through evidence-based practices, with a culture that values collaboration, growth, and client success.

In this role you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, follow treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and communicate progress with families and staff while maintaining a safe, supportive environment for children.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $23- $28/hour
• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Wanaque, New Jersey 07465

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
