Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a growing, locally owned team dedicated to caring for both clients and staff. Supervisors are available for concerns or questions, with strong mentorship for those pursuing BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills increasing independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional, play, vocational skills).
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums; write detailed session notes to inform BCBA decisions.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions and participate in ongoing trainings.

• $22-32/hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Certification (required)
• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
• Reliable transportation

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.
• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Reliably attends scheduled sessions
• Participate in ongoing trainings
