Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a motivated professional to work as a BHT ABA/RBT in the Philadelphia area. The role is part time with a flexible school-based schedule across residential and vocational sites in the region.

The BT will develop Treatment Plans, conduct assessments, train staff on TP implementation, and monitor ongoing needs. Education paths include a HS diploma or a related bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related human services field (psychology, special education, social work, counseling).
• Minimum one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, designing and evaluating behavioral supports.
• Ability to train staff on TP implementation and revise plans based on behavioral changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans (TP) for individuals.
• Conduct assessments and implement TPs.
• Provide training and ongoing consultation to direct support staff.
• Monitor and update TP as behavioral needs evolve.

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS This is a full schedule and part time school based position with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of various residential and vocational sites. Hours may vary Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours as needed.

Associates Degree: $23/hr

Bachelors Degree: $25/hr

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY The Behavior Technician (BT) is responsible for developing Treatment Plans (TP) for individuals. The BT will conduct assessments, develop and implement TPs, and provide training and ongoing consultation to direct support staff. Ongoing monitoring and updates to the TP will be required as the behavioral needs of the individuals evolve.
