Yes ABA Therapy in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism.

You’ll implement behavior intervention plans, track progress, support daily living skills, keep HIPAA-compliant records, and enjoy flexible scheduling with supervision.

RBT certification and strong communication are required; experience in ABA or related fields is a plus.
