Job summary

Aluma Care in Hutchinson, Kansas, seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. This role delivers 1:1 therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under BCBA supervision, with a focus on client progress and data collection.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Hutchinson, Kansas
