Job summary

Aim Higher ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with ASD in home, daycare, and community settings. This role offers meaningful work, strong clinical supervision, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement skill acquisition programs, collect data, and maintain a safe, respectful environment. RBT license is required and ongoing mentorship is provided.

RBT Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings

RBT Qualifications

RBT Pay & Benefits

• $24.00-$30.00 per hour
