Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking aRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings in Colony, KS. You will follow BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure child success.

We offer flexible schedules with part-time or full-time options, bonus opportunities, and PTO. A background check and reliable transportation are required; RBT certification is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Colony, KS
