Cross River Therapy provides ABA services throughout New Jersey and is currently hiring RBTs eager to make a positive impact.

We offer competitive salaries and bonuses. The role involves providing in-home and community-based ABA services for families in Cherry Hill and nearby areas.

RBTs implement one-on-one behavioral interventions for individuals of all ages with autism and related disorders, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Salary: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Deliver behavioral services in individual and group settings
  • Implement skill acquisition programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior Analysis
  • Complete weekly program documentation
  • Collaborate with BCBA or BCaBA to execute treatment plans
  • Maintain client confidentiality and respect
  • Attend educational workshops and stay updated professionally
  • Ensure client safety, especially during emergencies
  • Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred: 1+ years experience with individuals with special needs
Licenses and Certifications
  • Driver's License required
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday or weekends

Work locations include clients' homes and aftercare settings across multiple locations.
